    • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is Holly Park. Very close to the water, I always see people myself included walking dogs. Less than a mile away on Butler Boulevard the township is building a small dog park. I have lived in Holly Park for 58 years and seen many changes from dirt roads and really rural to the area I now live in being full with houses. It is a quaint little community and I’m happy to live here."
    • Trulia User

    • Felecia
"Always long, traffic down Rt 9 is awful, it’s the only way in and out of Bayville. Be prepared to sit in 20-30 minutes of traffic to go less than 2 miles. "
    • Cherylanninc
"There is very limited public transportation. The bus to NYC is 2 towns away and doesn’t run all night."
    • Joel O.

    • Jacquelyn F.
"Route 9 takes me everywhere. I love it. It only takes me 12 minutes to get to work in Toms River. Most stores are on route 9 and easily accessible."
    • Amanda F.
"Quiet, large yards that give plenty of privacy without feeling like your on top of your neighbor even though you have them. Amazing schools!"
    • Rhidavidson7
"Anywhere north of Bayville is crowded and has bad traffic during morning and evening rush hours. Traffic in Bayville itself is usually minimal. "

"Family neighborhood but peaceful. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants and not too close to the bay."
    • Nancy D.

Dog friendly also."

"If you like the feel of a rural area, but are close enough to shopping, theaters, restaurants and only a short drive to NYC and Philadelphia, and don't forget the beaches, then Bayville may be the town for you. It is very safe and affordable. I moved here 13 years ago and never looked back."
