My daughter is in 6th grade. The Middle School has 5th to 8th grade. Children from the DE and MD side go to school here. I love that they have to wear uniforms. Sports are a big part of the community, especially softball and baseball. My daughter really likes it here and many parents try to get their kids into the school so they are strict on proof of residency.

"Live in surronding area and you have people all trying to get through life. plenty of churches. Close to strip centers and shopping mall. Delmar split between a tax and no sale tax states, Delaware/Maryland. You can live near city living but feel you in the country. central to many attractions within 1 hour drive. "

"I bought a new home here at Yorkshire Estates, and it's really quiet, and secure. kids can play with no issues, still close to Salisbury where there are most major stores as well as Seaford. Great place to raise kids. "
