Has gone down hill. I graduated from here and loved it, so I put my children in Manton, after the first year I pulled my children out. Manton is a small town. If you have the right last name your children will be treated the way children should be treated. If your last name isn't known - or isn't deemed a "good" family - thank your child will be ignored. My autistic son in kindergarten was forgot in the classroom while the other students went to lunch (he had been using the bathroom when they left). 30 minutes later the aide came back to get things ready - she could hear him SCREAMING in the hall. I received a call to come get my sick son. I picked him up and was on my way out of the building when the principle said, "That stuff happens and we are hoping you won't make a big deal about it - it wasn't a big deal." - And that was the first I heard about why he was "sick". A similar thing happened to another family - one with the "right" last name - the individual who had done it was fired. My son's teacher wasn't even disciplined and the office staff and teacher weren't even going to tell me.
