There is an approved VT Waste Water Permit for a (3) bedroom residence. Also allowed by the current Covenants and Restrictions is the construction of a single family residence, 4-car garage, one guest house and one barn. Lot 2 has 373’ of road frontage on the paved Plot Road. Stowe 18 miles. BOS 3.5 hrs. BTV 38 miles. Morristown (Copley) 10 miles.
