"Great family friendly neighborhood with each house having around 1 acre of land. You are close to Asheville with only a 30 minute drive. You feel like you are in the country yet only 5 minutes to the major highway. "

"I have lived here 5 years and it's pretty quiet. I do not know of any crime that has happened around us in the whole 5 years. Its a wonderful place to raise kids. It's a beautiful area to live and we love the wild animals and mountain views."
