The topography consists of upland hills of natural pine sloping gently downwards towards the south. The property lies within the North Carterville Oil Field. Access to the property is excellent with Oglee Road running along the northern portion of the property. Some utilities can be found along this public gravel road to allow for camp/home site potential within the Bossier Parish School District. The property is being sold along with two other separate listings comprising the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11-23N/12W. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of silty clay and very fine sandy loams. A survey is available upon request. The placement of school is terrible it looks more like a detention center. The principal is more concerned with dress code than learning. Her grammar is terrible not what you would expect from a principal or any other faculty member. But all of webster parish schools are starting to look like garbage. Don't expect your kid to have a certified teacher. If you get lucky and get a certified teacher something will happen your child will end up with a substitute that doesn't know how to teach the curriculum or some random person with a bachelor's in general studies deciding they need to get a real job. Webster parish school board administrators need to step down. Everyone is starting to buy land and move to Arkansas schools that aren't far from where we live.

"They would love it here. Pretty good size backyards for dogs and if you want to walk them, you can. Just make sure that you put a lease on your dog."

"Springhill is a friendly family town. Plus crime is low, plus you can walk everywhere with out any problems. I love Springhill, Louisiana. It has a great, safe park next door to Police station."
