    About this House

Escape to the mountains on this 0.98-acre wooded retreat, perched between 3,000 and 3,500 feet in elevation on Nancy Mountain Road. Once the leaves drop each winter, the tree line opens up to sweeping mountain views — a rare find at this price point. The hilly, sloped terrain is made for a mountainside or walk-out design, tucked away down a private, gravel road.
This is a blank canvas: no HOA, no recorded restrictions, and no minimum square footage to build, so your vision leads the way.
This is your chance to carve out a true mountain getaway — or build the full-time home you've been dreaming of.
