This property is located just off the Mississippi River in western Buffalo County near the village of Nelson. The parcel can be accessed via logging roads from the bottom of the valley or by foot off Markey Bluff Rd about 3/4 of the way up the ridge. The terrain features all sorts of bumps, nooks & crannies that provide endless spots for game to hide. There is a small spring near the center of the property and even with as dry as it has been this year it is still flowing and providing a highly attractive water source. This area is hammered with deer tracks. Camping is allowed on the southern 1/3 of the property but there is a deeded easement that prevents the placement of permanent structures. Convenient location being close to several river towns with great eateries & bars.
