Mature oak scatter the land and the parcel could be set up in a way that you could build and hit your quota of deer right off of your future deck! Electric is right along the road and Appomattox is a short drive away. Walmart is a 15 minute drive and Lynchburg is 40 minutes out. There are many options for this piece and I believe it is an absolute bargain at this price! Where around are you going to see land with timber, creek, roads and electric for less than $2,250.00 an acre. I have not performed a perk test but I do not foresee that being an issue at all. I am not too keen on financing but with a sizable decent down-payment I will consider it. Title is free and clear in my name with a general warranty deed. "This is a great area. The elementary school (Concord Elementary School) is wonderful. The education is not only high quality but the staff is also very personable and gives off the “small town” feel and goes above and beyond. Also love Village Market. Highly recommend the area."

"I have lived here for 16 years. Everyone is on first name basis. We have house keys to each others homes for emergency use and to house sit or pet sit. Holidays and birthdays are celebrated together. "
