Lots of new development which is promising in terms of convenience when shopping for your family as well. Nice parks and libraries. It’s a nice are to raise children but there are some areas that are more ideal than others."

      "It seems like a good place to walk your animals safely.I walk my dog everyday with no problem. I Love this neighborhood the rent and utilities are just very expensive.I wish they could get rent control and stop charging for utilities separate from your rent.It can become very expensive.It should just be included in rent not rent plus water trash and sewage.They go up on rent every 6 months. this makes no sense. I really need help sometimes.Plus they should give you until the 10th of the month.They only give you 4 days and some of us get paid on the 10 the of the month "
