The kids harass my son for being part African American. It is especially bad in the athleteics department. Stay clear of the football team if you are not white!

Reardan has issues with equality! My son being one of the only minority’s had a very tough time especially when it came to athletics. The same teacher coach’s jv Basketball & Football and let me tell you he made sure my son knew he didn’t belong anywhere on his court or his field regardless of his athleticism. He let racially motivated comments go unpunished and shamed my son every chance he had. Another parent of a Natuve American student warned me not to let my son play under this coach and exactly what they said would happen happened. It’s such a sad thing knowing racism is still such an issue in this day and age. I am doing what I can to make sure this changes so future students never have to experience what I have watched my son go through.
