22 miles north of Prescott in Yavapai County, Arizona sits this 42.74 acre gem where the Verde River begins. The 42.74 acre Hidden Verde property is surrounded by Arizona State Trust land and is just upstream from the Arizona Game & Fish Department's Upper Verde River Wildlife Area. The property is zoned by Yavapai County RCU-2A, a residential and agriculture district with a minimum parcel size of two acres. Hidden Verde Association, Inc. is a non-profit group consisting of the parcel owners of the property which holds Right of Way No. 14-111245 from the Arizona State Land Department. The Association has CC&Rs should any of the four parcels be sold to a separate owner. With the Verde River and Stillman Lake on the property there are flooding hazards along the river bottom area. The Verde River and its tributaries provide a unique home for 60% of the vertebrates in the watershed, including river otter, bald eagle and many species of native fish. Roughly 10 percent of Arizona's remaining Fremont Cottonwood/Goodding Willow habitat, the rarest forest-type in North American, can be found along the Verde. The Verde and its tributaries, seeps and springs support an amazing diversity of wildlife; 270 species of birds, 94 species of mammals and 76 species of native amphibians and reptiles use the Verde River watershed at some point in their life cycles. Talk about true investment grade real estate here, the Hidden Verde property consists of some of the last and best private land left on the Verde River. Not to mention this is THE spot that the Verde comes to its perennial life, this is also the ONLY private property on Stillman Lake. Some of the largest and oldest petroglyphs in America are on the Hidden Verde property. Just imagine your retreat, resort, recreational ranch or several secluded custom residences here! From Highway 89 access is by Old Highway 89, Sweet Valley Road and private dirt road which has legal access right of way over State Trust lands (Right of Way #14-111245).

If federal monies are provided to a school district or a charter school for special education services to homeschooled or private schooled pupils, the school district or charter school shall provide the services to both the homeschooled pupils and the private schooled pupils in the same manner.When I asked the district to test my grandson, who has been identified with a learning disability, they refused. when he attended this school he was not able to read, write, or compute mathematical problems. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePersonally it was bad. A counselor there made my school experience terrible and never seemed to cared about anything. The teachers there either love the job and are really passionate or they play favorites and stopping caring about anyone else in that class. Halfway through the year about 3 teachers resigned and one straight up quit. The only teachers that seem to care are the English teachers, one math teacher and the new choir teacher. The kids are nice, until you mess up once and they want to see you gone. The school says it's a "no bully zone" but neither of the principals care or will do anything about it other than a slap on the wrist. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI will say I do love this school and I love that my children are learning and progressing but my only issue is that in the morning when I drop my kids off and I'm leaving to exit from the kindergarten drop off onto Road one East there is multiple Vehicles trying to come in through the exit and I've had to back up or find another way to get out, it is a danger and against the law, they need to follow the rules just like everybody else, it is a very good school but traffic laws need to be followed, please do something about this, I just don't want any accidents or unnecessary traffic jamsParent Review2y ago
