8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had the unfortunate experience of sending my child to Green Valley Middle School in Fairfield, California, and I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with the overall quality of education and the school environment. It's quite evident that the staff at Green Valley Middle School lacks dedication and competence. Firstly, the communication from the school is abysmal. Important information is rarely conveyed to parents, and when attempts are made to contact the administration, it feels like you're speaking into a void. It's as if they don't care about keeping parents informed about their child's education. The teachers seem disinterested and unqualified. My child's academic progress suffered due to the lack of effective teaching methods and the apparent lack of passion from educators. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for the students' learning experience. The facilities are in a sorry state. The classrooms are outdated, and the school lacks essential resources. It's as if the administration is more focused on cutting corners than providing a conducive learning environment for the students. Moreover, the bullying problem at Green Valley Middle School is rampant and seems to be overlooked by the school staff. It's astonishing that they can't maintain a safe and secure environment for their students. In summary, I would strongly advise against enrolling your child at Green Valley Middle School. It's a place that seems to care more about bureaucracy than the well-being and education of its students. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by considering other, more reputable educational institutions in the Fairfield area.Parent Review2y ago14 Reviews - Oakbrook Academy Of The Arts

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis was a good school that received a good rating. Four of my kids all completed their studies here. I have recently talked to the principal and office staff about my concern about kids being dropped off in the morning. I drop off my granddaughter every morning. Sometimes I see small kids having a hard time getting out of the car, and kids need help, and parents have to step out of the car to assit there kids. I always see that their is a staff station on the premeses but I never saw her assist any kids that are having a hard time getting out, I always see her just standing there and talking to people and student and witness also her giving personnal stuffs to one parents who was dropping a student, as a matter of fact she impacted the follow of traffic by showing the stuff she was handling over to the driver, I was shocks for her doing no coutesis to others especially she was a teacher who I think should set examples. That morning, I went to the office and asked if I could speak to the principal, but she was out of her office. I left my cell phone number and request the staff contact me when she is in the office. I talk to her about my concern regarding the safety of the students. I also told her that my other school, which has staff and teachers assigned to monitor the dropoff zone assist small student that have a hard time getting out of the car, and also monitors the flow of traffic. She said the staff and teachers who are assigned in the parking lot do not do that kind of job; her job was greater. Do we as parents or grandparent needs a greater on the parking lot? She also said that if parents can't wait for the other car to leave can use the second lane. I told her that is my other concern is parents who are in a hurry going to work create ansafety for other kids I told her I witnessed a kid almost get hit by another car getting off the line. Her response was that staff and teachers are not train monitoring traffic and enforce it. But why other school both public and private? I see that they assist their school; is it only Okbrook Academy of Arts elementary school in Cordelia that doesn't follow other schools that are doing their best to get excellent?Parent Review3mo ago22 Reviews - Angelo Rodriguez High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen I enrolled my kids there was much higher ratings. It’s like the environment school is filled with drama and not the best opportunities for my kids to learn. Bullying is a very big thing here, these kids are off the chain. It’s just terrible and it shows a lot about the staff.Parent Review1y ago12 Reviews - Cordelia Hills Elementary School

"We’ve had a 4th of July block party for a few years that is about it. We have lived in the same house approximately 45 years. Most of the neighbors have been here many years like us. My brother and his family is across the street so it’s a pretty close knit group here we have known for many years "

"Although Benicia is a safe city in general, it’s crucial for parents to still be vigilant with kids up to high school age. There are many folks from surrounding cities who come and have made Benicia a bit unsafe lately."
