My experience at Glenmora High School (GHS) has been excellent, and has helped me feel positive about the community’s future. GHS puts intense effort into ensuring students have excellent education and a strong support system for students from troubled homes. The Glenmora community is quaint and friendly. Glenmora is showing signs of rejuvenation and growth, which is largely thanks to GHS and its participation in the community.

"I have lived in Oakdale for 14 years. It’s a small sleepy town in Allen Parish on the Hwy 165 corridor. There’s little potential for growth or lack of decent housing, career opportunities, and taxes are high."
