"It can be a nice place to raise a family, but it has it’s struggles, not many dude walks down town, a lot of generational family disfunction, drugs. Nice small town feel. Down town is starting to get more and more exciting with the Sap house Meadery, Mountain View Station, etc. "

"Grew up skiing in the region for most of my life. Children brought Lake Winni interests but prices and taxes make retreating impossible. But just ten minutes away is twice the house, half the price, the haven of Lake Ossipee and Mountain Region while still enjoying the Lakes Region shops, restaurants, and community. Check out the listings and see for yourself. You won't be sorry with these views."

"I have a summer home on Ossipee Lake. This area has skiing and snowmobiling in the winter and all kinds of summer fun in the summer months. Center Ossipee is tucked into the area. Plenty of room for growth, but still the quiet feel of a small town. Must see!"
