My granddaughter has attended Bethany from Kindergarten through Grade 5. The school staff (under the leadership of Principal, Josh Eanes), teachers, bus drivers, cafeteria staff, librarian, and teacher assistants are all dedicated to their professions and are the absolute best. These people love what they do and have exhibited great success in caring for and teaching students to be good citizens, to excel in their studies, and to take pride in their school and their individual achievements. During COVID, this school excelled at online teaching, and the majority of students never fell behind in their studies, despite the lack of in-person teaching. They also have an excellent SPLASH program for students. One big advantage for students at this school is that there is 0% bullying. It is not tolerated and is quickly dealt with. If you live in the area or are considering moving to the area, check out this school for your child. You and your child(ren) will benefit greatly from the dedicated staff employed by this school.

"I live here, my neighbors are mostly families with kids of all ages. It's peaceful, nature laden and away from the crowds. You have to drive to get everywhere, but you escape to you back deck and you are in the woods, with deer and hummingbirds. "

"My family and I had the great pleasure of living in this area for only 1 year until my husband's job transferred us. Without hesitation, I can honestly say I miss the area terribly and wish we could go back. I felt so safe there for my children and it was a great place to raise a family. Summerfield Elementary was a great school and my girls miss it as do I. This area is how life is supposed to be safe, beautiful, friendly neighbors, close to shopping etc. It will always hold a special place in my heart. "

"If you are new to the Greensboro area, or looking to live in a family friendly neighborhood with great schools, Henson Forest has it all! Competitive swim team, neighborhood social events for both adults and children as well as beautiful and professionally maintained common areas, this neighborhood is picture perfect! There is no other place to live that offers these kinds of amenities. Henson Forest is a wonderful place to own a home!"
