"I live in Port Ludlow but choose to commute four hours a day for a good working wage. I wouldnโ€™t trade it for anything!!โ€™"
    • Laurie Wold
"Lots of community events & holiday events . Lots of community volunteers & events for the community. "
    • Kaylynn P.
"I live off Shine rd and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The view of the canal is amazing and Bangor is in sight. "
    • Kimberly W.
"Lots of dog owners. But they are small dogs. Everyone is super friendly and the pets all get along in my neighborhood "
    • Emudad
"Public transportation is convenient. We have a convenience store with some of the basic needs, but weโ€™re 20 minutes to a half hour to primary shopping areas. I have to take the ferry to get to my office 4 times a week, but I live the ride. But, it is a 2 hour journey each we to and from work. "
    • Emudad
"Our community is safe place to live. In our neighborhood, neighbors look out for each other. Living in a resort type community is great for families, friends and guests visiting here. We have something for everyone. "
    • David U.
"quiet and secure town. there is only 3 ways out (in) so it is off the "beaten path. friendly neighbors and club houses are great"
    • Emudad
"Safe environment. Clean well kept throughout the community. Use of first class recreation venues such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, golf course, activity centers as well as workout gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, boating, fishing as well as several well maintained hiking trails. "
    • Standleytigger1
"Live here 8 years now but unfortunately moving in August! People are very friendly. Enjoy the wild life that comes around all the time! "
    • Jagochmusik
"Itโ€™s quiet, and quaint! Itโ€™s right between Port Townsend and Poulsbo so we love it. Far enough from Seattle traffic but yet we can easily get there when we need the big city fix! "
    • Mike D.
"Our community is unique since we are a resort community destination. Its wonderful to live in a peaceful setting in the woods by Ludlow Bay. The best of both worlds, the fresh air of the sea with the wonderful scents and scenery of the forest and mountains. We lack having some services like a grocery store, but major shopping centers are with 1/2 range with minimal traffic congestion. Having wildlife in your yard daily is another big plus. It truly is a Godsend to be blessed to be able to live in this place. "
    • Jagochmusik
"I love the beauty & peacefulness!!!!!!!!! No rush hour traffic, close to nature pretty close to ferry & Edmonds or Seattle!!!!! "
    • Mike D.
"We live in a resort community. We truly believe that Paradise Bay Road brings us home to our little paradise on earth. I travel 4 days a week to Edmonds and am always excited to head west at the end of the day. The community is very friendly, we are relatively close to major shopping areas, but without the chaos we feel on the West side of Puget Sound. "
