21 flat dry acres on E 12 Rd just NE of Manton. County-maintained road and electricity at street. Covered mostly by rows of red pines that have not been managed properly. Some tree cleanup will be required and the price reflects this. Hardwoods (oak, cherry, beech, etc.) are coming up in the open spaces but they're still small. Cul-de-sac at end of street so very little traffic but the property is near US-131 so you can hear some highway noise. Cash or bring your own financing (no land contract/seller financing).
