**Seeking an adult and mature roommate preferably a female to share bathroom with another female.

Must work outside of the home full time no remote work to occupy furnished bedroom with lock/key and a mini split for temperature setting comfort with a shared bath across the room with another female on a month to month agreement on a minimum 6 months plus for $750 per month/$500 refundable security deposit/plus $150 one time non refundable cleaning fee and $50 for criminal only background check with no evictions (Waived with active Health or Law Enforcement career or AZ Criminal Clearance Card).

Includes all utilities/TV/Wi-Fi internet/in unit laundry, pantry for food storage and drive way parking with common area sharing privileges in a quiet residential family house near Florence Blvd -Banner hospital, restaurants, Walmart/ Starbucks/HomeDepot/Loews/Sonic/Frys/
Planet Fitness etc.

No pets currently at the home and no pets permitted (allergic to most pets). Only serious inquiries please. Smoking only in front/back covered patio/yard and drugs free home. No relationship or housekeeping exchanges for tenancy. In person interview for compatibility determination is required, no virtual interviews allowed.
