Cabin has been severely damaged, the property is being sold in existing condition. It's located on a dirt road but can be accessed with most regular vehicles. Scan in on the map in MLS and you can see Dobson Road and then scan further in to see the marker on the actual parcel. Seller went out and put (short) orange markers on the approximate corners of the property. DIRECTIONS: From Barstow take Fort Irwin Road North Towards Fort Irwin. Take a left on Copper City Road. Go approximately 9.25 miles to Dodson Road (You will have just passed 2 homes on your left, a few hundred feet apart). Turn Right on Dobson Rd, go approx. 1.8 miles Northeast to the property, which will suddenly appear just over a small hill. You will see the remains of the cabin over to your right. Drive towards it then through the 2 white posts. GPS Coordinates are: Latitude 35.115973. Longitude: -116.964681.
