    Description

    The 643 +or- acre Wright Family Ranch is located in eastern Wilbarger County, TX, just a few miles from the town of Electra. With roughly 80% in native pasture and 20% in cultivation, it the perfect mix for hunting. The ranch joins the historic 535,000 acre Waggoner Ranch along its whole south side; with no hunting pressure on the north, east, or south sides, and management minded neighbors on the west, the Wright Family Ranch is perfect for growing monster bucks!

    HUNTING: 150 class bucks are common here; the owner harvested a 185 buck in 2020. The property has five food plots on it, plus a 107 acre wheat field, all sewn in wheat. 10 feeding stations with at least one spin feeder for corn & gravity feeder for protein, but a few have just a spin feeder.

    Feral hog, javelina, bobcat, coyote, a few Rio Grande turkeys, quail! A large 6 acre watershed attracts hundreds of ducks during the winter, and dove hunting in the Fall. 9 other water tanks are scattered across the ranch, several of which were dug out in the last few years & hold water well.

    10 tower blinds, 4 box ground blinds and 1 duck blind

    PASTURE: Thick mesquite trees, with native grasses. Cattle lease in place.

    IMPROVEMENTS: Three trailer houses, an equipment barn & set of pipe working pens are. Electricity, septic & security system with cameras. All furniture included. Water must be brought in, no city water or water well available; nurse tank and trailer included.
