      "Small town close to Cincy! Local park has wonderful frisbee golf course ranked in the top 5 in the Cincy area. "

      "none really. there's no trick or treaters, no plays, no parades. only thing is the Clermont county fair"

      "Dela Palma Road is quiet, crime free and with friendly neighbors. It is semi-rural will open fields, yet right off of state route 32 and 15 minutes from east gate shopping mall and all the restaurants. The location is also outside the Village of Williamsburg, so has fewer taxes."

      "Race track located around the corner runs every Friday night weather permitting (about 9 months out of the year) and is very loud. Can hear it inside your home over the TV most night it runs. We tried to sell several times and were not able to. The one and a half lane roads can be intimidating when people fly down them doing 50. Drainage in the area is also terrible. We have lived here almost ten years and are still struggling with transforming out yard into something besides swamp land."
