Cleared and leveled pad just uphill from driveway entrance, well driller report from 1980 states standing water at 160 feet and 12 gallons per minute, approximate well site just beyond cable gate entrance according to subdivision map. Approximately 13 of the 95 acres are above on the Forest Ranch ridge and level. This acreage fronts on Wilder Road, Blue Shirt Road, and Doe Mill Road but does not have legal access to Wilder which is paved and leads to Highway 32. This acreage surrounds the radio antenna.
