(1) ag. well drilled in 2016 with total depth of 300. This is a 10 gravel packed PVC casing outfitted with a 20 HP submersible pump paired with a Tornado spin filter and fertilizer injection system. Standing water level 53, pumping water level 110 with 700 GPM pump test at time of well completion. Acreage is improved with above ground micro-sprinkler system for frost protection AND buried drip lines used for primary irrigation. This is a prime aged almond orchard on good soils with solid irrigation supply located in a desirable area with great homesite potential along seasonal Rice Creek.

      "This area is a heavy mixture of old mobile homes, very little pride of ownership. Weeds sky high in the summer time and junk vehicles abound. It would be a good area for urban renewal if they had such a thing in Tehama County. In the summer one good fire would wipe out 3/4 of the homes there. It is sad because it could be a lovely area, and there is basically only one way in and one way out."
