Depending on your perspective, no road or trail will either be good or not. The good is that no road preserves the solitude and undisturbed integrity of this retreat. The present owner preferred it that way and enjoyed the isolation and solitude while camping, hiking and hunting. If you prefer a road or trail, we can help you find a contractor to establish a road. It will cost a few thousand dollars more on your investment. Either way, the price is right.
