"Quiet neighborhood. Mix of younger and older families. Close to the red river with two parks nearby. Several churches in the neighborhood as well. "

"I’ve lived here for 7 yrs and we have never had any type of crime. All of the neighbors are friendly and it is a kid friendly subdivision "

"Subdivision is great, school district is awful! Be prepared for Private school tuition or home school options before you buy in this area. "

"We do not have events but we have a very safe, close knit community. We have been here 7 years and there has been not crime or need to call for law enforcement. It is a kid friendly neighborhood. "
