      "The school district is not very good. Make sure you get your kids into somewhere else. Other than that, it is low crime and a good place to raise a family. Property is also much cheaper than our neighbors in Benton. This is a good area for hunting as well and many people have deer leases here. You’re about an hour from Texarkana and 45 minutes from Shreveport so it’s also a pretty good location. "
