Kane County (KDOT) told us they prefer the Averill Circle access vs. Kirk Road due to safety The topography is level. There are some trees on the lots, but no century-old hardwoods, just softwood trees. While I believe all the above to be true and correct, the buyer must independently confirm all building conditions for themselves. This location is close to the Kane County Cougars semi-pro event center, the ice rink, Settler's Hill Golf Course, DuPage Airport, and all the commercial businesses in downtown Geneva and St. Chares.
