This school is horrible!!! My children have had issues with the asst. principal being rude and saying hurtful things to them. The current principal does not do anything to improve the school. The former principal Mr. Keith was amazing, and he went above and beyond to help a child or parent. When he left, the school really went down hill. My son is now in 3rd grade and cannot read very well. I have brought this to the administrations attn since he was in Kinder, and now my child is finally getting help. The teachers do try, and I have nothing negative to say about them. The teachers my children have had have been great. They do the best they can, but with almost 30 kids in a class it is hard to teach. The PTO also tries, but the parents do not want to get involved. The PTO really needs more support. They are doing everything they can to improve things for these kids. I would not recommend this school to anyone. It is a horrible school, and I cannot take my children out soon enough. If you have a special needs child, you can forget about him/her getting any additional help. The admin (except for the nurse/front office) are horrible, and so is the school board.

I wish I could give no stars! This is the worst High School in the state. The principal and assistant do not care about the students, in fact they racially profile students, don't give them the time of day or even listen. They suspend students without finding out what the root cause is or even how to fix it. If your a parent with concerns good luck they are passive aggressive, roll their eyes and act like you are bugging them. How can a school district continue to allow these horrible principals to still be in charge. I see all the other reviews and I would never bring my children to this district, I would drive out of my way to another school outside the district.

Horrible School I wouldn’t admit it to anybody they don’t care about school safety. I’ve complained multiple times about the parking lot being unsafe and teachers and parents driving way too fast in the parking lot and the principal has not done anything about it. My son struggled with reading and instead of giving them the support that he needed it they said that if he didn’t get better with reading, he will need to be retained, but they weren’t giving him anything to help him Moving to a different school and he’s doing so much better. He is thriving. He’s getting the support he needs.
