This is by far one of the most engaged school districts we have been a part of on all levels. I have found when students or parents obsess over on area, they need to take a little more accountability and have a bit of a reality check. Sports- if you aren't good enough, you won't be picked. If your child is ED, well thank yourself and other parents for making it impossible for school districts to find funding, teachers that will stay becuase of some of their behavioral problems, and a district that has their hands tied for parents who are sick and tired of their student not learning becuase the teacher is dealing with behavioral problems. This school and district had met or exceed all of our expectations.

The school teacher or ok depending teacher, for example one of teacher in lower grade will only use laptop for classwork and homework, i.e. no paper and pencil. Which doesn't seem good as writing with hand is one of the skills, children need to learn from beginning. Overall teacher are good and focus on the all round learning. School need to improve on the school nurse, they have multiple temporary nurses, if you kid has some ongoing medical condition it will be challenging with multiple nurse. They are not very accommodating with personal needs and follow blindly from order form ( they won't adopt to parents recommendation), they need everything written in medical order form, and if medical order is too complicated they ask you to get it simplify as nurse would not able to handle it. Generally it becomes too much pressure on kids and parents to handle the ongoing medical conditions for kids school time.

The short day fridays were exceptionally amazing.
