"Amazing access to freeways and everything else is within short distances. Super close to sugar house, making it even better. "

"Pretty safe during the day but at night you don’t want to be walking around. There are a lot of Condos and apartments on this street so there’s more traffic than you would expect. The rent is cheaper so it can sometimes attracts the wrong crowd. "
