"People enjoy walking with their Dogs around my neighborhood. I enjoy walking with my dog too. Is peaceful and most people have their dogs on a leash and most pet clean after their dogs, it’s easy when you live in a Neighborhood where is always clean."

"It's a well kept community, safe, because we have Los Angeles county Sheriff's that patrol here in force. We live in a manufactured home community that has a guard gate to enter, extremely safe and very affordable for the area. "

"The school’s are amazing. Worth being House poor for a bit to have the kids in great schools. There are great autism programs with on campus adult Transition programs. Plenty of restaurants and some night life. No dispensaries exist in town. "
