"Pekin is a nice town with some really nice neighborhoods to raise children in. neighbors know each other and look out for one another for the most part. The high school is unbelievable with programs like no other and I grew up in a big city. "

"There are a lot of places to walk and lots of dogs in the area. Also there is a dog park where there are lots of dogs and there are a lot of vets and pet stores in town and most of the population has dogs or some kind of animals. Great place to live and walk and own dogs "

"the street is way too busy. too dangerous in case your pet gets out of your yard. neighborhood is not one that has a lot of people out and about during the daytime. "
