"Certainly parts of the town are wonderful family oriented and well kept neighborhoods, but other sides to the city can be very sketchy and feel unsafe during night hours. All the schools are wonderful with amazing teachers and love the feeling of a small town in downtown Overland!!"

"Easy access to may different main roads! Working in Chesterfield, Ladue, or even in West county is nothing but a 15-20min drive, even if needing to travel to downtown! "

"There’s a lot of nice parks in Overland. Lots of areas with sidewalks, too. It seems like a lot of people who live here have fenced in yards as well"

"Honestly we dont really but i would love if we did. The main thing that is done is that during Christmas time we have a Santa Claus riding around the neighborhood giving out small gifts to the children of the town."
