"They would like that there are lots of neighbors with dogs. There are retailers nearby for dog owners as well. Petsmart, No leash needed, treats unleashed, & tons of pet boarding options. Lots of close 24/7 emergency vets at 141 and Manchester "

"I have lived in manchester for 6 months but in ballwin for 2 years. Everyone so far that i have lived by has been very nice and friendly. Everyone is neighborly. "

"Plenty of owners can be seen walking their dogs all day long. There are multiple poop stations with bins and bags always stocked and clean. However, not all owners actually pick up after their pup. "

"nothing really, the schools are pretty good but not much else is different than anywhere else. The homes hold their value well but are more expensive than similar areas in town. most housing stock is from 1970s thru 1990s. "

"Charleston Place Court is a wonderful small neighborhood unto itself. Multiple restaurants, bars and a bowling alley are within a short walking distance. The neighbors and friendly and look out for each other. "

"Manchester, MO is a fairly small community that provides anything you desire - highway access ( centered between I-64 / I-44. Restaurants, 2 malls with 10 minutes, nationally recognized school system, city ran police force& fire department. Parks, pools, tennis, outdoor amphi-theatre and friendly folks to call "neighbor"!"
