"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for eight years. Friendly neighbors we keep an eye out for one another. Streets are safe to walk, day and night. Kaneohe is a beautiful place to bring up your children and live."

"The area is fairly safe, but the sidewalks are very narrow/uneven in many places. Depending on where you walk, there could be barely any pedestrian space on the side of the road."

"Rains a lot but let’s you have a nice garden. Nice place to go running walk dogs, the botanical garden is beautiful. Decent restaurants around, pretty safe in most areas."

"Kaneohe is cool breezes plenty sandy beaches, old timers living here so its a homegrown town. Safe, plenty shops, eateries, beautiful scenery of the Koolaus. Easy roads to drive, friendly neighbors, plenty ALOHA!"

"Lived here a long time. All walkers (far away neighbors) and close neighbors very friendly regardless of wether or not you know each other well. Neighbors watch each others houses as well. "

"I am very close to stores and restaurants and have access to major road ways to get to other locations. There is also a bus stop right across from the house so it is very easy to get to public transportation if that is how I choose to get around. This is a great area to live in and a quiet neighborhood too."

"Everything is nice and clean the only bad things are bugs and insects. They always appear at nights and also can go inside ur house without u even notice. That’s why is better to get an insect repellent spray that is also friendly with pets because they usually attack more to the pets than to the owners of the place or residents "

"Temple Valley is a lush tropical garden with a back drop of the majestic Ko'olau Mountain range. I believe this is the most beautiful place on earth. People that live here are often walking their dogs and are friendly. A large market, restaurants, and even a movie theater all with in walking distance. There are gorgeous hiking trails in the hood."

"Close to amenities and restaurants. Walking or biking to grocery store, shops, etc. Spotty with sidewalks and often is not super well-lit in all areas, but my immediate neighborhood is nice and neighbors are mostly awesome. "

"Safe to walk dogs. Plenty dog walkers everyday. Safe neighborhood. Rarely hear traffic, nice view of Koolaus. Greenery, Kaneohe is just a choice place to live! Easy drive to anywhere, using H3, Likelike Hwy, or Pali Hwy"
