"This is a bad neighborhood. I had two of my cars crashed while they were parked and I’ve had several things stolen. A lot of homeless people and people on drugs in the area. "

"A lot of people walk their dogs around and are pretty good about picking up after them north side of El Monte is very quiet and pretty safe"

"None. El monte is the worst city ever. I would not recommend this city as a home to anyone. There are drug addicts on every corner, soliciters, loiters, people sleeping on private parking lots. I dont even walk the street because i feel its dangerous. "
