"its old and new combined together. growing community, diversity just beginning, more relevant and popular stores. decent schools but i don't see the reasoning behind the blue ribbons."

"So private and wooded but right near four corner shops and ten minute drive to downtown Albany! Best kept secret neighborhood in Bethlehem!"

"We have lived here 23 years and love the neighborhood itself as well as its close proximity to the library, post office, corner market, Chinese restaurant, coffee shop, book store, etc. It is just a step away from the public bus route which allows for an efficient quick ride into Albany proper. The school system is outstanding and we find much community involvement. Nathaniel Blvd. is near the firehouse as well as the police station and that brings much security to the neighborhood. Every Memorial Day the town has a parade and we walk out our door, turn the corner and see the parade. In some ways it's a step back into a simpler time - like the 1950s. It's wholesome in so many respects and a neighborhood that brings quality to our life style."
