"Nothing really makes it unique. I live in apartment complexes across from Tennessee Tech. It’s a great convenient spot to get to convenient stores or grocery stores. I wouldn’t mind recommending someone to live near here bc it’s so peaceful"

"It’s a very nice community of people. It’s safe and a good place for kids to grow up! I’ve lived here my whole life and I do not regret it one single bit. If you would like a calm place to spend your days then I highly suggest Cookeville Tennessee as your home. "

"Great access to the 111 and very close to Algood. Older tract of homes that are in a very quiet neighborhood. I only commute to Crossville and that takes just 30 mins. "
