"There are no dog parks in this area the streets are not well maintained. Kids running in the streets without parents. People have studios in their houses that disturb other tenants."

"Not sure - I don't own a dog. However, many of my neighbors own dogs and can be seen walking them around the neighborhood daily. The neighborhood seems very pet friendly. "
