"I have lived in this neighborhood for seven years and have had no problems. depending on the time of the year, uou can catch a live orchestra playing in West Park. Besides that, there are beautiful buildings and houses along the way. It's definitely a unique neighborhood, and dare I say... beautiful. "

"Schools are nearby. Hospitals are close too. The music can be loud here and there but mostly it’s calm and quiet except for thru traffic… we’ve been on Fulton for 1 1/2 years now. It could be better but you get what you pay for really. It’s a decent neighborhood and sub par schools but if you’re active with your kids it will be fine it’s like any city I don’t know how else to explain it. "

"Puerto Rican Day Parade. it's a beautiful and fun event to celebrate and take your children. I enjoy Trexler Park also it is a beautiful park. Cedar Beach is also nice. "

"Family friendly, pet friendly, and friendly neighbors. Alton Park is at the end of the development. Major highways are super close by. There’s shopping and dinning close by. Many private and great charter schools to choose from. Neighborhood is clean and updated. Houses well maintained. Close to LVHN. Great place to settle down, start a family, or retire. "
