"I-5 is just a short distance away and has easy access to north and south bound. Hey 99 is also easily accessible. and hwy 34 is an approx. 10 min. drive to access."

"I hate living in albany it smells in the historic district and the train is horrible at night when your sleeping. We had to move after 5 months. "

"there are a lot of dogs in this area. main roads have lights and sidewalks but they are lacking on the side streets. close parks "

"there are nice parks less than 1 mile away. people drive way too fast through the neighborhoods so we've always been worried about our kids playing out front our riding their bikes - especially without sidewalks in our neighborhood. transients and people being released from jail walk our street daily. we've had several items stolen from our vehicles. neighbors are friendly, mostly families. "
