What Locals Say about Airway Heights

"This neighborhood has a prison and a couple of casinos and is still fairly safe and affordable. There is a Walmart and a few banks plus a grocery outlet and a dollar tree. Many little restaurants and a vet clinic nearby. A post office is close to Yokes. Plenty of places to live around town as well. "

"people have all types of dogs but none run at large. you never are woke by dogs barking as people keep their pets inside. pet owners would ne pleased. "

"parking sucks. I moved in 4 years ago and EVERYONE parks in the culdesac in front of the mail boxes. I know ots snail mail but I am expecting valuable mail. multiple neighbors thru the years all the same problems. I have tried to talk and no one will answer doors so I leave notes. post office says call a towing company. I wont do this but c'mon, let me send and receive mail. i cannot tell u how many times my rent was late because of the boxes being blocked. i pay rent, i work, move. i don't want to pay for a po box. i pay enough on rent and should have easy mail flow!"

"a lot of theft, children as young as four-run wild and all age groups are extremely disrespectful. The schools are not that great. I am glad my child has graduated."
