"The actual campus area is what it is, but the more residential and community feel starting around Clark Park and heading west until 52nd Street is truly wonderful. Strong community vibes, very safe, robust public transit, lots of diversity, and excellent for bike riders. "

"Clark Park is host to many events throughout the year. In the summer there are free Friday night movies and free performances of a Shakespeare play a.k.a. “Shakespeare in the Park”. There's the annual spring May Fair and twice weekly Farmer's Market. And that's just the beginning!"

"Spruce Hill has a unique mixture of people, restaurants, stores, green spaces, and architecture. The architecture alone is worth being here. You can walk around and stare at buildings all day and it never gets old."
