"Everything is far away you have to take a bus to get to the train its really inconvenient the close by bus can take over to different part of way s of the east side of the bronx to get to a train station "

"Very very very poor. Not the people but the area. Garbage takes up the streets more than the pedestrians do. Always very loud at night with people “hanging” out in front of buildings. Hanging out meaning smoking and drinking while blasting music all hours of the night (especially on weekdays). Very rare people pick up after their dogs let alone themselves. Crime rate is very significant in this area of the Bronx. Do not recommend living in this neighborhood. "

"i work here which was not an option. i drive here and my office is not safe and definitely not safe at night. This neighborhood borders morris park . Morris park in the center is great but on the border of van nest not that great "

"This neighborhood is usually quiet. There public transportation near everywhere. Many supermarkets and deli stores. Sidewalks are not usually clean but they aren’t bad. "

"I loved around this area for 12 years already. I love this area. I don’t want to move from the area at all. That’s why I’m trying to get an apartment around the area. This area is very good and quite. I never have heard anything bad about this neighborhood at all. "
