"it’s a post gentrification ethnic neighborhood of nyc, welcome to the yuppies. It’s also PACKED with tourists on the weekends, good luck"

"Chinatown is dying a slow death as rent rises and gentrification invades. More and more bubble tea, places yet less and less actual food stores. Living here is less and less viable as more and more real estate is transformed into high end condos and hotels. "

"Very active neighborhood at night and on weekends lots of young kids at bars and clubs. The noise can make it difficult to sleep at times. Nice friendly people in neighbors pretty mixed culturally. Good restaurants "
