Are you at a point in your life where you just need your own space to take stock, revamp and move ahead with a more permanent long-term plan? If so, you may be the right person for our seasonal furnished apartment.

Our location cannot be beat. We are just 1 block up from the foot bridge to Good Harbor Beach (you can see the beach from in front of house). We are also just a block in the other direction from the scenic back shore ocean walk way. Your location is walking distance to 2 local shopping centers with supermarkets, discount drug stores and other convenient shops. We are also around the corner from a laundromat, local restaurant and coffee shop. You are 1 mile to downtown Gloucester and 3 miles from Rockport Center. Route 128 is 1 minute away by car. The commuter rail station is 5 minutes away by car for easy train access to Boston, Salem etc.

This tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean furnished apartment is on the first floor of a landmark Victorian, with a grand wrap-around covered veranda. The veranda provides an extension of the apartment and is a wonderful place to just "hang out" and enjoy the grounds and gardens and quiet space. The large 3 room unit includes one bedroom with queen 4-poster bed, full bathroom with tub and shower, and a fully-equipped walk-through kitchen which opens to a very comfortable living room/dining area. The living room area has a queen sleep sofa for occasional visitor. Additional features include off-street parking, seasonal AC. Wireless internet access and cable TV are included as is a flat screen TV. Off-street parking also included.

While fully furnished, we have some flexibility to remove some items. Queen 4 poster bed, sleep sofa and kitchen table/chairs must remain. We do provide some pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses. Kitchen, bed and bath linens/ towels provided by renter.

Utilities: A unique feature of this unit is that it is also heated by main house, helping to ease the pain of heating bills during the colder months. When used by renter, this unit also has electric baseboard heat, controlled and paid for by renter.

Sorry, we are unable to accept a renter who has pets. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on premises, whether inside or out.

Terms: References Required. $1275.00 per month. + very reasonable utilities. Lease, 1st month, last month, and security deposit required. $150.00 cleaning fee.
