    "The manager is extremely rude on this trailer park if he you go twice a month to dump your trash he will charge you like $200 more adding it to the water bill. There's also a lot of crazy people living here I don't think they're doing any background checks"

    "Not a safe neighborhood with high rental home on this street and Sky management Rentals.= rents to underirable people. I live here and Im trying to sell to get out . Dont live here !! I call the police frequently to report problems. EXTREMELY NOISEY traffic and neighbors. GOD help me. Maybe some APD officers can move in to rentals hopeful."
