What Locals Say about Basset Park

  • Unspecified
"People walk their dogs all the time. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Most are friendly some are not."
  • Trulia User
"Quiet, so noisy dogs would be unwelcome. Leashes required. People pick up after their dogs. It’s very friendly."
  • Dakota B.
"Good neighborhood, park is always clean, sidewalks always shoveled off and everyone keeps an eye out for each other "
  • wireguy
"I have lived in this area for over 17 years. There is a nice mixture of young families andyoung couples with no children, and several retirement aged families living here. The bonus of the North end of Comfort street is a dead end surrounded by trees, making traffic and noise that much less. The tree lined sidewalks and backyards make for a nice cooling break in the heat of the summer; If you take the time, families of doves, cardinals, robins and hummingbirds nest in the area, along with the clowns of the treetops, the squirrels. A nice mixtrure of natual elements while in the city, making for natual privacy areas between properties. A great place for a first time home buyer."
