While these Studios and One Bedroom units do not have a kitchen, they are equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. A community kitchen on the property is currently undergoing a renovation, but will be available for tenants as soon as completed. There is an onsite coin laundry, and these units allow for shorter term leases.
Tenants pay a flat utility charge for water, gas, electric, and internet.
